Pull a Services & Businesses enquiry, booking or Queue ticket onto the Manager desk so it becomes a customer-linked job without retyping.
You need a Pro account and Service and Business Manager open on the website. The desk is website only. The Android and iOS apps do not include this rail. A staff invite still works if the owner’s Pro plan is active.
MyStreetBiz intake sits on Enquiries. It lists Services & Businesses bookings where you are the provider, contact enquiries on your listings, and Queue tickets that are still waiting or being served. It does not scrape the public directory. It only shows work that already belongs to this account.
Turn on MyStreetBiz intake in Setup if the row is missing. Modules stay on until you turn one off. Records stay saved if you turn a module off later.
Sign in and open Software solutions. Choose Service and Business Manager. On the rail, choose Enquiries.
If something is waiting, a panel titled MyStreetBiz intake lists it above the ordinary enquiry list. Each row shows the title, the person’s name, and whether it is a booking, an enquiry, a Queue ticket or a Messages conversation. Professional listing threads stay on the enquiry row so the same request is not listed twice. Direct and other Messages threads appear as message rows and keep the exact inbox link.
The list is empty when nothing is waiting, or when those requests are already a job on this desk. It does not invent nearby demand.
Choose Bring in on the row you want. The desk matches an existing customer by phone or email. If those fields match someone you already saved, the job sits on that customer. If they do not match, the desk adds a customer from the name and phone on the request.
The request becomes an enquiry marked converted and a job on the same customer. The source stays on the job so you can see it came from a booking, an enquiry, Queue or Messages. A link back to Service bookings, the listing, Queue or the exact Messages conversation is stored on the job. You do not retype the title or the note.
If the booking already has a scheduled time, the desk also adds a visit on Calendar for that time. Queue walk-ins that have no slot do not get a visit until you add one.
Choose Bring in once. A second try on the same source is refused. The desk says the request is already a customer or job.
Open Customers if you want to confirm the match. The name, phone and notes from the request sit on that record. If two people share a number, Merge into this customer still works here the same way as for customers you typed yourself.
Open Jobs. The new job uses the first work stage for your template: Intake on repair, Job on field service. Assign staff, set a deadline and write instructions as you would for any other job. Completing it still needs someone assigned, required checklist items, required fields, and no extra work waiting for approval.
Open Tools if you need Quotes & Invoices or Messages. Intake does not send a quote and does not open a new Messages thread. It keeps the customer and job here and points at the specialist door that already holds that conversation or booking.
Intake does not mark a Service booking paid. It does not take a Queue number. It does not claim the listing was independently verified. Payment still lives on the job as its own record, and Queue still runs the counter.
Staff with a technician role do not see Enquiries or intake. Desk people and the owner do.
If the steps did not solve it, open a ticket from Help & support, or read the Safety Centre if something looks wrong.
