Copy or WhatsApp the public visit page, then optionally link a published Services & Businesses profile so Book opens that page for unpaid listings.
Sign in on the website with a Pro plan and open Queue and appointments. Choose Booking page. This screen shows the public visit link for your desk. Visitors do not need an account. Search engines are told not to index the page, and the page is not stored in a shared cache.
The address lives under Software solutions, on a visit path for this desk. It is not a Tula Books page and it does not open inside the business suite.
The link is unique to the desk. Anyone who has it can take a number or book a free slot. Treat it like a shop number: send it to people you want in the queue, and create a new link if the old one has been passed too widely.
Each Pro account has one desk and one visit link.
Choose Copy link to put the address on the clipboard. Choose WhatsApp to open a message that already contains the link. You can also paste the address into a text message, email or a printed sign.
On the visit page a person enters a name, optionally a phone number, and either takes a number (while the desk is open now) or picks a free slot on today or a later day, up to two weeks ahead. Times are shown in the desk's time zone. Refreshing the page keeps their ticket until it is done or cancelled. The page shows now serving, how many people are waiting, and an estimated wait. That estimate uses the last service durations you set. It is not live traffic.
If you choose New link, the old address stops working. Anyone still holding the previous link sees that the visit page was not found. Send the new address to people who still need it. If a Services & Businesses profile is still linked, Booking page updates that listing to the new token so Book keeps opening the current page.
If you own a published Services & Businesses profile, Booking page can list it. Choose the profile and choose Link listing. Book on that listing then opens this visit page instead of the ordinary service booking form, on the website and in the app, when the listing does not use pay-first checkout.
The visit page handles walk-ins and free slots only. If the listing still uses paid or proof checkout, Book stays on the existing booking form. Queue and appointments does not collect that payment. Unlinked listings are unchanged.
You can Unlink the profile later. Book then returns to the ordinary form. Only the owner of the published profile can link or unlink it. A draft or someone else's profile will not appear, and the server refuses a link that is not yours.
The visit page has no back-office chrome. It shows the desk name, now serving, waiting count, and the two actions: take a number, or book a listed free slot. After a person takes a number they can see whether they are next. If staff mark a no-show or cancel, the page says so.
The Android and iOS apps do not clone the staff desk. When a linked unpaid listing is opened in the app, Book opens the same visit page in the device browser. An older app build may still show the ordinary booking form until that device installs the next store version.
Check that the profile is published and still linked on Booking page. Check that the listing is not using pay-first checkout. If the visit link itself is missing, the token was rotated or the desk is gone; copy the current link from Booking page.
Staff still work the queue from Today and Queue on the website. The visit page never shows other people's names beyond the number now being served.
If the steps did not solve it, open a ticket from Help & support, or read the Safety Centre if something looks wrong.
