Pair a named GPS module to a vehicle on the website desk so the box can report a pin when it is powered, without a driver tap.
Pairing a GPS module is included with Pro and happens on the website. Open Software solutions, then Vehicle GPS Tracking. The desk opens as its own app with a civic-blue rail and no MyStreetBiz header. You need a signed-in Pro account that owns the fleet.
Supported hardware is a named list. GT06 and Concox-family boxes use one port. Teltonika Codec8 boxes use another. Other brands stay Coming soon. MyStreetBiz does not imply that an unnamed tracker will report.
You also need the 15-digit IMEI printed on the box, a SIM that can use data, and the APN that SIM provider issued. The module reports when it is powered. A driver does not tap Share.
This is not B2B Transportation. Booking progress there stays manual. This is not Real Estate Map.
On Add vehicle, type the vehicle name, registration plate and type. Pro includes ten vehicles. If you have reached that cap, remove a vehicle you no longer run before you add another. Then open Your fleet to pair the box.
The live map uses OpenStreetMap. A pin is Live only when the last report is less than two minutes old. Older reports say Last seen and still name the source as This phone or GPS module.
On that vehicle, enter the 15-digit IMEI and choose GT06 / Concox-family or Teltonika Codec8. Save Pair GPS module.
One active hardware device is allowed per vehicle. If a module is already paired, remove it before pairing another. The same IMEI cannot sit on two vehicles.
The desk then shows the server host and port to type into the box, when a host is shown. If the page says the server host is not set yet, the IMEI is still saved. The box cannot report until that host appears on the desk. That is not a live tracker.
On the module, set the APN your SIM provider issued. Set the server to the host shown on the desk. Set the port for the family you chose. GT06 / Concox-family uses the GT06 port. Teltonika Codec8 uses the Teltonika port.
Power the box. A first heartbeat can take a few minutes after the SIM attaches. The vehicle details then show Module reporting when the last heartbeat is fresh, or Module last heard with an age when it is stale. No heartbeat yet means the box has not been heard.
MyStreetBiz stores reports only from an IMEI you paired. An unknown box that speaks on the port is ignored.
The map uses the newest report if a phone share and a module both report for the same vehicle. The drawer still names both sources. You can send a tracking link from the desk. The link is not a public directory and is not indexed.
Remove the module from the desk if you sell the box or change vehicles. The old IMEI then stops being trusted.
If the steps did not solve it, open a ticket from Help & support, or read the Safety Centre if something looks wrong.
