Sign in with a Pro plan, open Software solutions, and start a Nirmaan app on this website only, without mixing it up with Tula Books.
Nirmaan is the manufacturing suite on the MyStreetBiz website. It needs a signed-in Pro plan. A Free, Go or Plus plan can open Files, Docs and the other workspace apps when the plan includes them, but those plans cannot open Nirmaan.
The twelve apps are Nirmaan Plan, Nirmaan Fund, Nirmaan Comply, Nirmaan Build, Nirmaan Make, Nirmaan Supply, Nirmaan Quality, Nirmaan Maintain, Nirmaan Sell, Nirmaan Books, Nirmaan People and Nirmaan Market. Their doors sit under Software solutions. They open on this same website at the manufacturing suite. They are not listed in the Android or iOS app under More. If you open a Nirmaan link in a phone browser, the website still serves them.
You need a verified email. Unverified accounts are asked to confirm the address before a Nirmaan app will open.
Nirmaan Books is the plant back office. It is not Tula Books, and it is not Accounting under Tools.
Sign in, then open Software solutions in the header. On a wide screen the menu has three panes. Workspace apps sit in the first pane. Tula Till, Tula Books and Social and Marketing sit in the middle pane with Property and Business. The twelve Nirmaan apps sit in the third pane, each with a Pro label.
On a phone browser, open More. Software solutions is one row. If the account is not on Pro, the Pro names stay behind the Software solutions hub. If the account is on Pro, the Nirmaan names appear in that menu.
You can also open Software solutions at the hub. The hub lists workspace apps first, then Tula Till, Tula Books and Social and Marketing, then a Nirmaan band headed Run the plant from Pro. Each Nirmaan card says Included with Pro and Website only.
Choose a Nirmaan app. The website checks that you are signed in and that the plan is Pro. If both are true, it starts a Nirmaan session and opens that app on this same site.
The first time you open any of the twelve, MyStreetBiz creates a plant record for the account so the suite has a home. You can change the plant name later in the suite.
Inside Nirmaan, the grid button at the top left opens the app launcher. That panel lists Home and the twelve apps. Choosing a tile stays inside Nirmaan. Home stays in Nirmaan. It does not send you to the public MyStreetBiz homepage.
If the service is not connected, you stay on a short page that says you are signed in and the app is yours to open, with a link back to all software. That page is not a plan wall.
A signed-in Go or Plus account that opens a Nirmaan door is sent back to the Software solutions hub. The hub explains that these apps are included with Pro, and that they open on this website only. A link to See Pro goes to Account billing.
If a Pro plan has ended, the plant records stay saved. Access returns when you renew Pro. The hub says so in plain words. Ending a plan does not delete the plant.
A visitor who is not signed in and chooses a Nirmaan app from the hub is sent to sign in, then back to the same app. From the header while signed out, those names open the Software solutions hub first.
Tula Till, Tula Books and Social and Marketing stay on their own doors. Nirmaan Books does not replace Tula Books. Accounting and Quotes & Invoices stay on Tools. Queue and appointments and Service and Business Manager stay separate Pro desks.
Workspace Plan at Software solutions is notes and project pages for Go and higher. Nirmaan Plan is the manufacturing planner. They are different apps with different addresses.
MyStreetBiz does not file GST, pay staff or hold the plant's money. The figures you enter in Nirmaan Books are yours to check before you file or pay.
If the steps did not solve it, open a ticket from Help & support, or read the Safety Centre if something looks wrong.
