When a Nirmaan app stays closed, sign in with Pro, retry from Software solutions, or contact Help & support without mixing it up with Tula Books.
You chose a Nirmaan app from Software solutions, and it did not open. You may see the Software solutions hub instead, a sign-in page, or a short page that says the app is yours to open but the service is not connected.
These apps only run on the website. Opening the same address inside the Android or iOS app does not start Nirmaan. Use a browser on a computer or on the phone.
Nirmaan Books is not Tula Books. If Tula Books opens and Nirmaan Books does not, you are looking at two different apps. Fix the Nirmaan door, not Tula Books.
If you are signed out, the site sends you to sign in. Sign in with the same MyStreetBiz account that has Pro. After sign in, the website should return to the app and open it.
If sign in sends you to Account instead of the app, open Software solutions again and choose the Nirmaan app. A bookmark to an old address that is not under Software solutions will not start these apps.
Confirm the email on the account if the site asks. An unverified account cannot open the app.
Nirmaan needs Pro. Go and Plus include the workspace apps, not these twelve. The hub then shows a Pro note and a link to See Pro.
Open Account, then billing, and read the plan name. If it says Go or Plus, Nirmaan stays closed. If it says Pro and the hub still blocks you, wait a minute and try again, then contact Help & support with the time you tried. Do not create a second account to bypass the check.
If Pro has ended, the plant records stay saved and access stops. Renew Pro from billing. Ending a plan is not a deletion.
A signed-in Pro account can still land on a short page that says you are signed in, so this app is yours to open, and the service is not connected yet. That page is not a plan wall. The website session is fine. Nirmaan itself is not reachable from here right now.
Wait a minute, then choose the app again from Software solutions. If the same page stays up, contact Help & support. Say you saw the not-connected page, which Nirmaan app you opened, and the time. Do not create a second account to work around it.
Do not treat that page as a plan wall. It already says you are signed in.
Nirmaan uses its own session beside the website session. If that session is missing, it sends you back to the website to sign in again. Allow cookies for mystreetbiz.com. A browser that blocks cookies will loop.
Close extra tabs of Nirmaan, then open one tab from Software solutions. Two tabs can race the session.
If you use a private window, stay in that window. Moving from a private window to a normal window drops the session.
Inside Nirmaan, the top-left grid should open the app launcher. If a tile leaves the suite and lands on the public homepage, go back to Software solutions and open the Nirmaan app again, then use the launcher once the session is in place.
Contact Help & support when a Pro account still cannot open the app after you have signed in, confirmed the email, and retried. Say which Nirmaan app you opened, the time, and whether you saw the hub, sign in, or the not-connected page.
Help & support cannot open Nirmaan in the Android or iOS app. Those apps stay website only.
If the steps did not solve it, open a ticket from Help & support, or read the Safety Centre if something looks wrong.
