Buying and renting Products

Browsing is open. You can search Products and read any public post without an account.

Sign in to save posts, follow a Brand page, send a message request, use the cart or place an order. There is no buyer plan and no buyer fee.

• Open Products and search by keyword or category. Choose sale or rent.
• Add a city, locality or PIN code when the place matters. Use a distance only when you want nearby results. Leave location off for a wider list.
• To look across every directory at once, use Search with the All scope. It covers Products, Services & Businesses, Jobs, Real Estate, Bizit and B2B.
• On the website, tick Compare on up to 4 Product cards to see them side by side.

Each post shows the seller's asking price, condition, photos, the seller's shop or Brand page, and the area the item is in. The exact address stays private.

• How to collect lists the methods this seller offers: Pickup, Seller drop, Courier (India-wide) or Same-day (city).
• Payment shows the seller's order option: Pay first or Message first.
• A crossed-out price or sale end date is what the seller entered. MyStreetBiz does not set prices.

• Save a post to find it again under Saved in your account. Saved has tabs for Real Estate, Products, Services, Brands and Bizit.
• Follow a Brand page to keep it under Saved, Brands.
• Save a search from the results. Saved searches sends an in-app alert when a new post matches, and an email too if alert emails are on in Settings.

Send a message request or an offer from the post. The seller accepts before the conversation opens in Messages. Your phone number stays private.

Agree in writing in the thread what is included, the price, how you will collect it and how you will pay.

• Choose Add to cart on the post. The cart groups items by seller, and each seller ships separately.
• Check out one item, or use Checkout all to send every item with one address. Each item becomes its own order with its seller.
• Pick a delivery method the seller offers for that item and set the quantity, up to the seller's limit.
• The cart total is the sellers' asking prices. It is not a MyStreetBiz fee.

MyStreetBiz does not collect payment for goods. You pay the seller directly, using a method you both agree in Messages.

• Pay first: pay with the details the seller shared in Messages, then attach a photo or PDF of the payment. The seller accepts after checking it. No details yet? Place the order, ask in Messages, then add the proof from Orders.
• Message first: agree how to pay in Messages. You can attach proof now or later. The seller then accepts.

Orders in your account (also linked from the cart) lists everything you are buying or selling, with the next step on each order.

• Waiting for seller: the seller still needs to accept, or to check your payment proof.
• Pickup or Seller drop: the seller marks the item ready, then the order is marked done after the handover.
• Courier: when a courier is booked for the order, Orders shows its tracking status until delivery.
• Use Help on an order if something goes wrong. Both of you see every reply on that order.

When a seller asks for a rating, you can leave one on that conversation and add a photo. Photos are scanned and appear on the review after approval.

• Use Report this Product post on the post for a fake, unsafe or prohibited listing.
• Report a conversation from Messages.
• Open a support ticket from Help & support for account or order help. Use the Safety Centre for fraud or urgent risk.
