If a RERA number is shown, look it up on that state’s RERA portal. The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 is enforced by each state authority — there is no single national RERA website. MahaRERA is one example; open your own state’s portal.

Get an Encumbrance Certificate for the needed period from your state registration or IGR office; MyStreetBiz does not fetch it. A shown GSTIN passes checksum only, not a live GSTN search.
